Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, and community organizations to promote hospice services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions to inform providers about hospice care offerings, benefits, and processes.
- Negotiate service agreements and coordinate with clients to meet their unique end-of-life care needs effectively.
- Lead outreach initiatives within assigned territories to expand awareness and referral sources for hospice services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth patient transitions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM systems proficiently to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
- Meet or exceed sales goals by closing deals, managing accounts, and maintaining ongoing client communication.
Experience
- Proven track record in outside sales, B2B sales, or medical/pharmaceutical product demonstrations with a focus on healthcare or scientific/medical equipment technical sales.
- Demonstrated success in territory management, account management, and deal closing within a medical or healthcare setting.
- Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for customer relationship building.
- Field sales experience involving enterprise selling strategies, customer service excellence, and meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Knowledge of medical sales practices, including familiarity with pharmaceutical products or medical equipment is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to tailor solutions effectively while maintaining professional integrity.
