Responsibilities
- Hands-on development: Deliver critical components, prototypes, and complex features; unblock others by tackling the hardest problems.
- Code quality & reviews: Establish coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure test coverage, readability, and maintainability.
- Mentoring & coaching: Guide engineers' growth, pair on design/coding, share best practices, and help onboard new team members.
- Delivery ownership: Drive execution-break down work, estimate, manage dependencies, and ensure milestones are met with predictable delivery.
