Technical Oracle Fusion Consultant

Hybrid - Dallas, TX

We are seeking an Oracle Technical Lead to support a large-scale Oracle Cloud environment focused on production support, platform stabilization, integrations, reporting, and ongoing enhancement initiatives. This individual will serve as the technical owner across Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and related reporting technologies, ensuring reliable operations while supporting future expansion and optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will bring deep Oracle Cloud expertise, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and experience supporting complex enterprise environments within construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive industries.

• Lead technical support, stabilization, and enhancement efforts across Oracle Fusion applications.
• Design, support, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Administer and support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services, platform components, and Oracle PaaS solutions.
• Support and maintain integrations involving Primavera P6, Primavera Unifier, Aconex, and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop and support Oracle reporting solutions including BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
• Manage security updates, quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, testing activities, and production deployments.
• Establish monitoring, incident management, problem management, and change management processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close processes by ensuring system availability and integration stability.
• Partner with functional teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver technical solutions and enhancements.
• Assess the current Oracle landscape and provide recommendations to improve performance, scalability, reliability, and governance.
  
  

• 8 years of Oracle enterprise application experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and production environments.
• Strong expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including integrations, monitoring, error handling, troubleshooting, and orchestration.
• Experience administering Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle PaaS services.
• Experience supporting Primavera Unifier and enterprise project management platforms.
• Strong understanding of Oracle security, environment management, upgrades, and release processes.
• Experience developing and supporting BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and other Oracle reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) is preferred.
• Experience implementing ITIL-based support processes including incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience supporting organizations with significant capital projects, construction programs, infrastructure assets, manufacturing operations, or other asset-intensive environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead technical discussions across business and technology teams
