POSITION TITLE: Senior Technology Product Manager (Professional Audit SaaS Platform)
LOCATON: Hybrid role (Coppell, TX; Wichita, KS; or Kennesaw, GA)
COMPENSATION: $85,000–$150,000 base ( performance-based bonus and benefits)
Korn Ferry has partnered with our client, a global leader providing critical AI-powered workflow platforms and expert-curated databases, in their professional search for this Associate Director role. Their services (which include professional information solutions, software and services) have international reach across the healthcare, tax / accounting, financial and corporate compliance, legal / regulatory, and corporate performance and ESG sectors.
This is a fast-moving role for a product leader who can juggle multiple priorities, make thoughtful decisions with incomplete information, and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Research, and Go-To-Market teams. The ideal candidate brings product judgment, analytical rigor, user empathy, AI curiosity, and business acumen to scale impactful B2B audit technology.
This role goes beyond defining features—the product manager will be accountable for making the product successful through strong ownership, clear prioritization, and measurable customer and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Bring one or more offerings from 0-to-1 and beyond within the Professional Audit workflow.
- Own the roadmap and priorities for the team’s product focus area.
- Define what success looks like and drive toward clear customer, product, and business outcomes.
- Make fast, thoughtful tradeoffs that balance speed, quality, long-term leverage, and product value.
Execution & Delivery
- Translate strategy into clear requirements, product specifications, and success metrics.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality, customer-centered features.
- Manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities while staying focused on the highest-impact work.
- Move quickly while maintaining the discipline to evaluate risk, tradeoffs, and downstream implications.
Discovery & Decision-Making
- Deeply understand product performance through quantitative metrics and qualitative insights.
- Partner with Design and Research to understand user problems, test assumptions early, and iterate toward elegant solutions.
- Identify leading indicators, diagnose issues, and drive data-informed product decisions.
- Use customer empathy and workflow understanding to prioritize solutions that address real-world audit pain points.
Business & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Bring a strong business mindset to product decisions, understanding how company growth and revenue is driven.
- Partner with Go-To-Market teams to support successful launches, adoption, and customer outcomes.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and leadership about priorities, tradeoffs, impact, and risk.
- Influence cross-functional teams through clarity, accountability, and sound product reasoning.
AI-First Product Development
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve user experience, workflow efficiency, and audit productivity.
- Partner with Engineering to ship AI-enabled workflows responsibly and effectively.
- Stay curious about emerging AI capabilities and translate them into practical applications for audit users.
- Bring a strong intuition for the capabilities and limitations of LLMs and AI-powered tools.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship required (no sponsorship needed.)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferably in Computer Science or Software Engineering.)
- 5 years of Product Management and/or founder experience, ideally in an early-stage or fast-scaling startup environment.
- Proven ability to own and scale a B2B product or product area with measurable business impact.
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to think like an owner.
- Empathy for users and passion for understanding real-world workflows, pain points, and adoption barriers.
- Deep intuition for the capabilities and limitations of LLMs and AI, gained through hands-on tools, prior work, or coursework.
Preferred
- Domain experience in audit, tax, accounting, or professional services workflows preferred.
- Experience in AI-first, data-driven, or automation-heavy product environments.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, especially startup, scale-up, or fast-moving product organizations.
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Design, Research, and Go-To-Market teams to ship customer-facing products.
