Senior HR Generalist

Korn Ferry has partnered with a manufacturing organization on their search for an HR Generalist. This person plays a key role in supporting a broad range of Human Resources activities and initiatives at our Dayton, Ohio manufacturing facility, where employees produce high-performance turnout gear and protective apparel. This role also provides occasional Human Resources support to our distribution centers in Cincinnati and Groveport, Ohio, as business needs require. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, service-oriented Human Resources professional with a solid foundation in Human Resources practices, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in HR, with prior experience in an HR Coordinator or Generalist role.
• Proven ability to lead and resolve moderately complex employee relations topics.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ADP WorkforceNow.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and federal and state employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
