Jane Pauley Community Health Center is seeking an Inaugural Regional Medical Director to join its growing, mission-driven leadership team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a unique opportunity for a physician leader to help shape a newly created regional leadership structure while improving access to care, supporting clinical teams, and advancing outcomes across a community health setting.
This is a highly visible, 100% administrative physician leadership role supporting multiple clinic sites and partnering closely with executive, operational, and clinical leaders to drive quality, consistency, provider engagement, and patient-centered care delivery.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, or another relevant primary care specialty and bring prior physician leadership experience in a community health, primary care, FQHC, value-based care, population health, or multisite clinical environment.
Candidates should be comfortable leading providers, partnering cross-functionally with operations, supporting teams through growth and change, and advancing clinical standardization across multiple sites.
