Key Qualifications & Experience:
- BS ME, IE or related. Will consider non-degreed with extensive experience.
- 5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience within an industrial manufacturing environment, metal fabrication, assembly, engineered-to-order, or high-mix manufacturing environment.
- Strong Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, and cost reduction experience
- Proven process engineering expertise focused on productivity, quality, and throughput improvements
- Hands-on problem-solving skills utilizing root cause analysis and data-driven decision making
- Experience with time studies, capacity analysis, labor optimization, and manufacturing efficiency initiatives
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills working with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams
