Project Execution / Delivery Lead

Our client is seeking a highly independent Project Execution / Delivery Lead to support a critical enterprise initiative within the Arsenal program. This individual will own project execution activities, drive delivery milestones, manage cross-functional dependencies, and provide executive-level visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.

The role is heavily focused on project delivery and execution rather than product ownership or application development. The successful candidate will be expected to quickly integrate into a fast-moving environment with minimal ramp-up time and immediately begin driving results.

This position requires strong project management expertise, executive communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise programs while coordinating multiple stakeholders.

• 6-8 years of project management or project delivery experience
• Proven ability to manage large, complex initiatives from execution through delivery
• Experience developing:
  • Project roadmaps
  • Milestones
  • Delivery plans
  • Status reporting
• Strong understanding of project governance and execution methodologies
  
  

• Experience creating executive-level presentations and status decks
• Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and senior stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
  

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple teams
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, and project transparency
• Ability to drive collaboration without direct authority
  
  

• Strong understanding of Agile delivery concepts
• Ability to interpret project data from Jira
• Familiarity with delivery metrics and project tracking
  
  

• Hands-on experience using:
  • Microsoft Copilot
  • Claude
• Ability to leverage AI tools for project management, reporting, communication, and productivity
  
  

• Self-starter who requires little to no hand-holding
• Comfortable entering an active project and immediately contributing
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines
• "Smoke jumper" mentality: someone who can quickly step into critical situations and execute
  
  

• PMP certification
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Financial services industry experience
• Card/Payments domain knowledge
• Prior experience supporting large enterprise transformation programs
• Experience working within highly regulated environments

Note: Certifications and industry knowledge are preferred but not required. Demonstrated delivery success is more important.
