About the opportunity
Korn Ferry is assisting a large construction and industrial services client in hiring a senior National Account Executive to own and scale relationships with major general contractors and construction managers across energy, infrastructure, battery and heavy industrial projects. This is a high-visibility, hunter-led role: you’ll win complex, multi-stakeholder programs, convert design-ins into awarded scopes, and run the account lifecycle into repeatable program revenue.

The role
- Own full sales cycle for national/regional accounts
- Lead pursuits and commercial strategy with large GCs, construction managers and owners (battery facilities, energy infra, industrial/MEP projects).
- Convert design-in wins into allocated, launched programs and manage profitable scale with engineering, supply chain and operations.
- Build account plans, maintain pipeline discipline, deliver reliable forecasts and run executive customer reviews.
- Act as the senior commercial interface internally — player/coach when needed.
Candidate profile (must-haves)
- Senior-level relationships with general contractors / construction managers / owner procurement teams — this is non-negotiable.
- 10 years selling into construction/MEP/electrical or heavy capital markets with demonstrable national/regional account wins.
- Proven track record winning multi-stakeholder programs and converting them into repeatable program revenue. (2 /year $10M in size ~$50M-$100M /year)
- Technical fluency to translate mechanical/electrical/MEP scope into commercial value.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and program launch skills; comfortable operating autonomously.
