Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for a Financial Analyst – Financial Reporting.

- The company is implementing new technology platforms, such as Right Angle (ETRM software), to improve data-driven decision-making and financial analytics across the business
Role Summary:
- Title: Financial Analyst – Financial Reporting
- Reports to: Financial Reporting Manager
- Team Structure: Joins a lean, high impact team consisting of one Financial Analyst and the Manager, with frequent interaction across Accounting, Finance, and external auditors
- Primary Focus: Financial reporting, audit coordination, regulatory reporting, and GAAP based analysis

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, including supporting schedules and footnote documentation
- Support the preparation and submission of required U.S. regulatory reports
- Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors, coordinating audit requests, inquiries, and supporting documentation
- Prepare, reconcile, and document financial reporting analyses, including special projects and ad hoc requests from management and auditors
- Research authoritative accounting literature to resolve accounting and reporting issues and support GAAP compliant conclusions
- Assist in the development and documentation of accounting policies and procedures
- Analyze results of operations and perform broad financial analysis to support reporting and disclosure requirements
- Represent the Financial Reporting function in meetings as needed on behalf of the Financial Reporting Manager
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines with limited supervision
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2 years of accounting or financial reporting experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and the financial reporting process
- Public accounting experience is a strong plus but not required
- Analytical, inquisitive, and proactive mindset with the ability to independently research issues and propose solutions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Outgoing team player who is eager to learn and motivated to grow within the organization
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $85K–$100K 10% Bonus
- Hybrid Role with 9/80 schedule
