Overview
A fast-growing healthcare media and digital marketing organization is seeking an experienced Finance Consultant to support daily financial operations and provide expertise during an active period of acquisitions. This role will oversee day?to?day accounting activities, manage payroll, ensure GAAP compliance, and assist in integrating recently acquired businesses. The consultant will work directly with the CFO to implement structure, improve processes, and support audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead day?to?day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely execution.
• Manage payroll processing and provide ongoing payroll oversight.
• Support M&A integration efforts, including financial consolidation and process alignment.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and assist with audit preparation and documentation.
• Utilize NetSuite for reporting, month?end close activities, and financial analysis.
• Provide financial insights, maintain schedules, and assist with ad?hoc projects as needed.

Must?Have Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with NetSuite
• Audit accounting and GAAP experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment

Nice?to?Have Qualifications

• Background with Big 4 or public accounting
• Experience with private equity-backed companies
• Hands-on work supporting M&A or integrations
