Korn Ferry is the Exclusive recruiter for an exciting Division Finance Director opportunity with a growing international manufacturing organization in Cincinnati. This newly created position is a direct result of the company’s strategic transformation and will serve as the Finance Leader for the division.
Our client is seeking a strategic finance leader who can go beyond reporting historical results and help influence the future direction of the business. The ideal candidate will be comfortable partnering with executives, presenting recommendations with confidence, leading through organizational change, and driving financial strategy during a period of significant growth and transformation.
This is a highly visible leadership role that will partner closely with local and global leadership to drive financial strategy, performance, and growth initiatives across the division.

Key Responsibilities
- Division finance leader, partnering closely with local and global leadership
- Lead financial strategy, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiatives
- Own banking relationships across the division. Lead treasury management, cash flow oversight, liquidity planning, and funding strategies. Manage financing activities, line of credit discussions, and banking negotiations
- Lead and provide oversight of accounting, finance, and financial reporting. Drive consistency of accounting standards and financial governance.
- Present financial performance, opportunities, and risks to Executive Leadership
- Translate financial results into meaningful business insights and recommendations
- Partner with operational leaders to align financial and business priorities
- Serve as primary contact for external auditors and regulatory agencies. Maintain strong internal controls and regulatory compliance.
Desired Background
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 15 years of progressive Accounting and Finance experience
- Banking relationship management experience - REQUIRED
- CPA – Highly Preferred
- Strong strategic finance background with experience presenting to Executives and Senior Leadership
- Proven history of translating financial performance into actionable business insights
- Manufacturing or Project Based experience - Required
