Facilities Leadership Position, Denver, CO Area
A residential community in the Denver area has a need for critical leadership facilities position. The development consists of high‑end units with well‑maintained communal areas, twenty-four‑hour security, fitness facilities, pedestrian‑friendly pathways with proximity to major highways and the Denver metropolitan area.
The leadership facilities position involves oversight and management of the entire facilities, engineering staff and facilities housekeeping staff. Responsibilities include proper functioning of all building systems, care and cleanliness of all facilities common elements and reliable and high-quality support.
Ideal experience should include:
- Extensive experience in facilities management upscale residential buildings and communities, luxury apartments, urban luxury lofts, mixed‑use luxury towers, luxury townhomes, boutique condo buildings, hotel-branded residences, and related facilities.
- Must have experience/expertise HVAC/plumbing/electrical/elevators/fire & safety/landscaping of grounds and pools & fountains.
- Must have knowledge experience managing the departmental budget, ensuring the property maintains its high standard without exceeding financial limits.
- Experience in overseeing major projects including replacement of HVAC Units. boiler/chillers, and related projects is a plus.
- Must have effective communication is essential and must convey information clearly, professionally, and with discretion, whether interacting with residents, vendors, staff, or ownership.
Outstanding compensation includes base salary, bonus, and outstanding benefit package.
