Job description
Korn Ferry is searching for a contract Recruiting Coordinator in the Boise area for a hybrid role working one day onsite weekly with our client in Eagle, ID, and the remaining 4 days work from home.
As a Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting team, candidates and clients throughout various aspects of the recruitment process.
Key Accountabilities
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process by effectively providing responsive and proactive customer service via e-mail, live chat and telephone
Partner with recruiting team to ensure all interviews are confirmed and interview feedback is received
Partner with external vendor(s) to arrange and manage candidate travel for onsite interviews, flights, accommodations and itineraries
Own pre-employment background check process, partnering with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely completion
Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders on background check progress; provide timely updates and ensure transparency throughout the pre-employment process
Document, track, and maintain records in the applicant tracking system
Provide responsive and proactive customer service via telephone, email, etc
Partner with the recruiting team to ensure project metrics and service level agreements are achieved
Perform various administrative duties that support the recruiting function
Adhere to, and meet, key performance indicators
Required Skills
Able to work one day weekly onsite with our client in Eagle, ID with the remaining days work from home
Ability to travel to hiring events (less than 10% annually for 1-2 nights) in Idaho or the Washington Tri-Cities area
2+ years of administrative experience in a team-oriented professional services environment
2+ years of experience working with all Microsoft Office tools with particular proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
2+ years of organizing & managing own work load with a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment while effectively coping with change
High attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High School diploma; 4-year degree preferred
