Position Overview
Successful, local and secure State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance Staff Position - State Farm Agent Team Member (Base Salary Commission). Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments and market appropriate products and services.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Inbound and outbound calls to and from customers and prospects
- Assist customers in answering general insurance questions, quoting, processing endorsements and assist Agent as needed.
- Input data and process paperwork via written and electronic communications.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Previous sales experience highly preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- People-oriented
- Detail-oriented
- Proactive problem solving
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
Schedule and Compensation Overview
- Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
- $50-$60K base salary plus commission plus bonus based on experience
- 401K with company profit sharing deposits upon eligibility
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
