This role is ideal for a sales-driven events professional who thrives on prospecting, closing deals, and bringing high-impact events to life—while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and an exceptional client experience.
What You’ll Do
- Drive revenue by selling and booking private and public special events across assigned venues
- Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, client presentations, negotiations, and contract execution
- Build and manage a targeted sales pipeline, forecasting revenue and tracking performance
- Develop strategies to expand event programming across corporate, social, and public-facing events
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and maintain detailed client and sales records
- Conduct venue tours for clients, planners, producers, and location scouts
- Coordinate with internal teams to validate availability, pricing, feasibility, and event logistics
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize event contracts while maintaining organized databases
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Support sales collateral, marketing initiatives, and event-focused campaigns
- Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities
