Duties include but are not limited to

  • Ensure clients are scheduled according to their preferences and needs

  • Ensure caregivers are scheduled according to their availability and hours requests

  • Ensure good client and caregiver compatibility and overall satisfaction with the agency

  • Support caregivers by filling in if illness or emergencies prevent coverage

  • Assist with caregiver training, introductions, and supervisory visits as needed

  • Assist with administrative duties such as updating care plans, reviewing caregiver notes, finalizing shifts, and client experience visits

  • Assist with ordering, installing, and troubleshooting emergency response systems

  • Meet with clients and families to complete required documentation

  • Participate in on-call schedule, including rotating weeknights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience in healthcare as a CNA, caregiver, or personal care aide preferred

  • Must be able to physically perform the duties of the position

  • Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English

  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and adapt to change

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

  • Proof of automobile insurance and eligibility for employment in the U.S.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $23 - $25 Per Hour
