You Will:
- Perform repairs ranging from routine maintenance to engine overhauls for Class 6-8 trucks and trailers
- Diagnose, adjust, and repair various types of truck equipment
- Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using various diagnostic tools
- Thoroughly and accurately document work performed and parts used.
- Accurately complete DOT forms and all other forms of documentation in a timely fashion
- Maintain a high level of productivity while working with a high degree of independence
Required and Preferred Qualifications are:
- High School Diploma or equivalent in education
- Two years’ experience or Technical School Degree is preferred
- Previous experience with the repair, maintenance, and diagnosis of Class 8 equipment preferred
- General mechanical experience required
- Experienced/High Performing Candidates Valued
- CDL preferred but not required
- Willing to Train
Pay & Benefits
- $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS!
- $25/hr - $40/hr based on experience
- Minimum 40-hour Work Week
- Overtime Paid at 1.5 – guaranteed 10 hours/week
