Level A Automotive Technician

Job Overview
We are looking for a Skilled, Dedicated, and Self Motivated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in vehicle maintenance, repair, and Automobile module programing. As a Level A Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing any auto repair related issues, performing repairs, thrive in Team Environment and ensuring the highest level of quality for customer service.

Duties

• Diagnose and repair automotive extensive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Utilize schematics and digital software to troubleshoot electrical systems and components effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle’s condition and necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction while embracing a Team Atmosphere.
• Have the ability to Diagnose In depth problems without assistance and be willing to assist other technicians with repairs.
• Programming Modules and efficiently utilize digital software programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician with 5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive service techniques, including familiarity with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and software programs.
• Experience with Light Duty Diesel Vehicles and Automotive repair is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in understanding automotive electrical systems and schematics.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license is required; ASE certification will be reflected in payroll.
