Overview
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Hurricane, Utah. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end supply chain, including purchasing, planning, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics. The Supply Chain Manager will ensure materials and finished goods flow efficiently through the organization while optimizing inventory, service levels, and operating costs.

Duties
- Lead and develop the purchasing, planning, warehouse, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Manage supplier relationships, procurement, inventory levels, production planning, and transportation to support customer demand.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, shipping, and material flow.
- Analyze supply chain performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, OSHA, and company quality and safety standards.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of supply chain management experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of purchasing, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
