**Were looking for a candidate with:**
**Education & Experience**
- Bachelors degree in business administration/management and\
supervisory role,\
- OR**an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive knowledge of court operations, Idaho Code, and Idaho Court
- Experience researching, interpreting, and applying statutes and
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently under high-stress situations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies
- Comfort addressing emotionally charged or sensitive situations
- Ability to multi-task accurately amid frequent interruptions.
- Commitment to ethical conduct and professionalism.
**Lead Training & Professional Development**
- Evaluate training needs and design impactful programs for all
- Develop training materials, implement training initiatives, and
- Support supervisors and lead workers in conducting performance
**Support Court Operations**
- Process reports, audits, payroll, and accounts payable.
- Help oversee clerical, judicial secretarial, and office support
- Research Idaho Code and Court Rules to provide accurate guidance to
**Ensure Compliance & Quality**
- Implement policy and procedural updates mandated by the Idaho
- Track case timelines and ensure hearings occur within statutory
**Act as a Court Liaison**
- Serve as spokesperson or community liaison when directed.
- Resolve issues involving court users, judges, attorneys, law
- Represent the Court at public meetings and occasionally assist other
**Other Requirements**
- Valid drivers license.
- Willingness to attend annual Idaho Institute of Court Management
