Retail Yard Customer Service Representative
Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Yard Manager / Store Manager
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Retail Yard Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our yard—helping customers, keeping operations running smoothly, and making sure every order is handled safely and efficiently. This role blends customer service, order fulfillment, and yard operations, all while supporting a positive customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers with orders, returns, and product questions.
- Pull, load, and inspect materials accurately and efficiently.
- Safely operate forklifts and other equipment for loading/unloading.
- Drive and deliver in non-CDL vehicles (pickup trucks, retail trucks) as needed.
- Support drivers with loading/unloading deliveries and processing returns.
- Maintain product knowledge, including pricing and new inventory.
- Keep the yard safe, clean, and well-organized.
- Complete reports (order checks, receipts, inspections).
- Promote teamwork and assist in other areas when needed.
- Participate in company-sponsored training programs.

Physical Requirements:
- Stand up to 8 hours per shift.
- Frequently lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs; occasional lifts up to 100 lbs.
