Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site position for a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative located in McLean, VA. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining consistent communication via phone and email. The BDC Representative will assist in facilitating the customer journey, ensuring prompt follow-up on leads and providing a seamless experience. The role requires collaborating with the sales and service teams to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals.
