Kool Toyota is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Service Appointment Coordinator to join our busy and growing Service Department!

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can help keep our service schedule running smoothly. Previous automotive dealership or service department experience is highly preferred. We want someone who understands the importance of excellent customer service, clear communication, and keeping up with a high-volume department.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers.

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service-related questions.

• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and schedule appointments.

• Coordinate with Service Advisors to maintain an organized and efficient appointment schedule.

• Provide customers with information about service availability and appointment expectations.

• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records.

• Help create a positive customer experience from the first phone call to the service visit.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive dealership experience is highly preferred, especially in service scheduling, BDC, or a Service Advisor support role.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Experience handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a busy environment.

• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software.

• A dependable, positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits
