We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join the Disbatch team at our Zeeland, Michigan location!
The Service Coordinator position will be responsible for creating jobs, answering incoming service calls, dispatching the technicians, maintaining the job calendar (tech schedules), and managing overall administrative workflow for the Service Department.
Responsibilities
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job include are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities
- Creating jobs, answering incoming phone calls, and assisting with the scheduling of technicians
- Scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs with customers
- Use specific customer portals as needed to manage all open work orders
- Tracking open jobs and seeing them through to completion
- Meeting with the service operations team regularly
- Support of other Service departmental roles on an as-needed basis
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- One to three years of administrative experience in a service-related business
- One to three years of scheduling field technicians and/or customer service
