Schedule
- Monday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist customers with questions and connect them with the appropriate department
- Process customer payments and issue receipts
- Perform basic cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks
- Support dealership staff with various office duties
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, customer service, cashier, or administrative experience preferred
- Cash handling experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused personality
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
