What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Marketer position at Konpo?

Not just what we made but why it exists. The trade-offs. The tiny motion decisions. The system logic. The before and after. The real outcomes.
If you naturally zoom in on the details and zoom out to see the bigger narrative, this role is for you.
This is a fully remote role with minimal meetings. We care more about depth of thinking than Slack noise. You’ll spend your time talking to designers about the decisions nobody else sees. Digging into client conversations to understand impact. Turning messy process into clear, compelling case studies. And making sure those stories actually reach the right audience. You won’t just “create content.” You’ll shape how the studio thinks about its own work.
What you’ll do
• Turn project work into thoughtful, narrative-driven case studies
• Interview designers and clients to extract insight, not just quotes
• Frame outcomes in a way that feels human, not corporate
• Distribute stories strategically so they don’t just sit on a website
• Work directly with design files (Figma) to curate visuals that support the narrative in collaboration with our team
You might be a fit if you:
• Write clearly, confidently, and without fluff
• Can work independently without constant direction
• Have strong taste and can tell good design from average
• Are comfortable inside Figma, selecting and arranging assets
Big bonus if you:
• Have agency experience
• Have a portfolio of writing or design work
• Know how to use AI tools without sounding like AI
