Job Title: Senior Account Manager – Parts
Location: Fullerton, CA | Onsite
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (Full Time)
Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 annually 10% Bonus (with potential for higher earnings based on quota performance)

Job Summary:
The Senior Account Manager plays a crucial role within the inside sales team by coordinating sales activities, sourcing, and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and motivated individual with 4–5 years of account management experience at a small aerospace distributor, strong communication skills, demonstrates a high level of initiative and readiness, and is looking to eventually grow into a leadership role in the near future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and coordinate daily tasks from the department sales manager, including customer RFQs and follow-up requests
- Source RFQ line items using various company tools, including database history, ILS, PartsBase, among others
- Delegate work and coordinate cross-functional assignments with procurement, expeditors, and sales coordinators
- Generate and issue customer quotes by the end of each day using the company ERP software
- Address issues related to rejected items, stock shortages, lead time, and other customer order related matters in coordination with vendors and staff
- Lead the department in the absence of the sales manager
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Business or 4–5 years of sales experience in the aerospace industry
- Previous experience in the aerospace brokering, MRO, or trading industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Basic math skills, including percentages, margins, and markups
