Location: Fullerton, CA | Onsite
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 annually

Job Summary:
The Account Manager will be an integral member of the inside sales team, responsible for managing customer relationships, sourcing chemicals, and coordinating sales activities. This full-time role offers opportunities for career advancement within a high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily tasks from the department sales manager, including customer RFQs and follow-ups
- Source RFQ line items using internal tools and platforms such as database history, ILS, and PartsBase
- Delegate tasks and collaborate with procurement, expeditors, and sales coordinators
- Generate and send customer quotes daily using ERP software
- Resolve issues related to rejections, stock shortages, and lead times with vendors and internal staff
- Serve as department lead in the absence of the sales manager
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or 4–5 years of sales experience in the aerospace industry
- Candidate must have prior experience supporting or managing chemical vendor accounts. Responsibilities include assisting with vendor communications, tracking purchase orders, maintaining up-to-date records, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. A basic understanding of chemical products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment
- Competency in basic math calculations (percentages, margins, markups)
- Experience working with chemicals
Preferred:
- Background in aerospace brokering, MRO, or trading
