The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in processing and analyzing maritime geospatial data, with specific expertise in bathymetric survey data, seafloor mapping, and maritime domain applications. This role combines technical GIS expertise with an understanding of Navy requirements and oceanographic operations.

Education And Experience
- Bachelor of Science degree: 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
- Master of Science degree: 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- PhD: 0-2 years of experience in a related field
- The Senior GIS Analyst will be proficient in multi-sourced bathymetric data post-processing, able to review high-resolution data for quality control and assurance procedures.
- The Senior GIS Analyst will review and compile multiple datasets from geodatabases and mixed file formats and provide consolidated visualizations and products as assigned by the Technical Lead.
- The Senior GIS Analyst will evaluate and deconflict bathymetric/charted soundings when applicable, with supporting guidance from the Technical Lead.
- Work independently or as part of a team as needed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance.
