Koniag Data Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an ERP Support Specialist (Part-time) with a Secret security clearance to support KDS and our government customer in Huntsville, AL.

Koniag Data Solutions, LLC is requiring for an ERP Support Specialist to provide part-time technical, analytical, and functional support for PEO Aviation’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including GFEBS, LMP, and GRC. The role ensures accurate and efficient financial, payroll, procurement, and reporting operations for PEO AVN HQ.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

ERP System Support & Monitoring

  • Provide operational support for GFEBS, LMP, and GRC systems.
  • Monitor and resolve IDOCs for DTS, FCM, SPS, LMP, TPPS, and GPC.
  • Monitor and resolve errors in ATAAPS and DCPS.
  • Provide backup support for GRC, including training new primary support personnel.
  • Set up and configure reports in GFEBS BI and BOBJ to meet reporting requirements.

Financial & Payroll Reporting

  • Generate weekly PEO AVN YTD ATAAPS charges report and bi-weekly DCPS payroll reports.
  • Identify and resolve payroll corrections caused by DCPS errors; coordinate with budget analysts to reclassify incorrect postings.

Transaction & Audit Support

  • Investigate and resolve unmatched transactions in GFEBS for HQ; submit tickets to DFAS for correction as needed.
  • Work with budget analysts to resolve sales order errors and open invoice issues.
  • Resolve fuel card charge discrepancies and labor variances when required.
  • Provide support during the fiscal year-end close process.

User Guidance & Training

  • Provide remote or in-person guidance to users on creation and correction of MIPRs, LMP PWDs, PCS orders, sales orders, work breakdown structures, GFEBS purchasing documents, manual obligations, cost transfers, budget transfers, and journal vouchers.
  • Maintain journal voucher and purchase requisition approval workflow tables as requested by PEO AVN PMs.
  • Support and advise budget analysts on labor rates, activity types, and error resolutions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (GFEBS, LMP, GRC) and DoD financial systems.
  • Experience with ATAAPS, DCPS, DTS, FCM, SPS, TPPS, and GPC transactions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, resolve system errors, and submit corrective actions to DFAS.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, reconciliation, and audit response.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to provide user guidance and training.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict reporting deadlines.
