Site Manager, Pembina LPOE

PacArctic, LLC (PAC), a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Onsite Manager for our Pembina site.

The Onsite Manager will:

• Support Deputy Project Manager to serve as primary representative of daily, 24/7/365 operations at Pembina Land Port of Entry
• Oversee and perform, as-needed, building maintenance, ensure uninterrupted quality service, and liaise with GSA Contracting Officer Representative and Building/Project Manager, regarding Pembina operations
• Manage and supervise site staff
• Manage subcontractors/vendors and ensure execution of Building Operating Plan
• Support coverage after hours and weekends as needed
• Administer NCMMS; oversee energy/water efficiency
• Manage safety, environmental compliance and system maintenance
• Coordinate additional services and prepare reports.
• Ensure staff training/certification manage emergencies
• Coordinate with contractors/Government personnel
• Implement sustainable practices, pest management, and waste programs
• Oversee and support where needed snow removal services and grounds maintenance
• Manage hazardous materials and fire protection systems
• Maintain architectural and structural systems
• Maintain an active system file to Government access account ENT for NCMMS usage
• Complete mandatory IT Security Training for Agency and Contractor Employees

Qualifications:

• US Citizen; ability to obtain public trust security clearance; speak the English language
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma

Minimum Experience:

Experience must be in the operation, management, and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations and staff for buildings of the approximate size, complexity, and characteristics of the buildings covered under the North Dakota government contract

Preferred Experience:

• 3-5 Years as a Facilities Manager, or the equivalent, with 5 or more years experience in Facilities Management, preferably supporting federal/government sites
• Ability to operate heavy equipment, including Skid Steer, Payloader and other snow removal equipment
• CFC Certification Universal
• Maintain NATE, HVAC Excellence Professional, Light Commercial Air Conditioning, Gas Heat and Green Awareness Certification, UA Star Mastery Certification or other maintenance certification, i.e., plumbing, electrician, etc
