Requirements:

Duties:
- Provide necessary instructions or information
- Collect and verify insurance information, including obtaining authorizations when necessary
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, providing exceptional customer service
- Enter patient data into electronic medical records systems
- Coordinate with other departments or healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
