What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Intake Specialist position at Attentive Care Service Coordination?
Position Summary:
The Intake Representative plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth
onboarding and enrollment of new patients and caregivers. This includes
initiating patient intake, verifying Medicaid eligibility, assisting with
documentation, negotiating caregiver rates, and liaising with internal teams
such as HR and Marketing. The ideal candidate is reliable, consistent, and
able to manage their responsibilities with minimal supervision, all while
maintaining a sales-focused approach to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enroll Patients and Aides: Handle intro calls, provide a sales pitch, verify Medicaid, assist with enrollment, and follow up on onboarding.
- External & Internal Communication: Act as the liaison between marketers, patients, caregivers, and other internal teams.
Bilingual English/Spanish is required
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
