- Job Title: Full-Time Occupational Therapist
- Location: Yokosuka, Japan
- Facility Type: Private Pediatric Clinic
- Target Start Date: July 1, 2026
- Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Experience with pediatrics is required. Preference will be given to candidates who have experiences working with various neurodivergent populations, including ASD and ADHD.
- Language Skills: Native or professional English fluency.
- Licensing: Must hold a valid OT license from a recognized national accreditation body (e.g., NBCOT, AHPRA, etc.). Verification of credentials will be required prior to a formal job offer.
- Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans primarily for the pediatric population.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including ABA Therapists, Physical Therapists (PTs), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs).
- Maintain detailed patient records and progress notes in accordance with United States healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA compliance).
- Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: ¥6,888,000 JPY
- Relocation Package: A one-time relocation allowance of ¥220,000 JPY upon arrival.
- Housing Support: 50% of monthly rent covered by the company (up to ¥80,000 JPY/month).
- Paid Leave: 15 days of paid vacation plus 12 paid public holidays per year.
