Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and consistency, while efficiently taking customer orders and cashiering
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workspace
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to uphold Kona Loa's brand image and values
Requirements

- Prior barista or food service experience is required
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brewing methods and coffee origins

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
