Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and creating a fun atmosphere. You’re basically a fun ninja spreading joy with shaved ice!
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the serving area, including food handling and food safety protocols.
Experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell and promote products enthusiastically.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and managing transactions accurately.
- Great driving record
- The ability to lift at least 25lb overhead
