Branch Administrator

    Komplete Landscape Contractors is looking for an experienced, hands-on, Branch Administrator to become a part of our organization.

    We are looking for a strong, driven professional to handle the Branch Administrator position for our company. This hands-on position reports to the Branch Manager. The qualified candidate will not only excel at administrative processes but will also quickly learn our business and seek out continuous process improvement opportunities.

To Be Successful In This Position:

• 3 years of business administration experience
• Excellent organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong inter-personal skills
• An understanding of IT systems, applications and implementation
• Superior computer skills, MS Office , Aspire Landscape Industry software helpful
• Good communication and presentation skills
• A team player attitude

In addition, for this position, you should:

• Have a critical attention to detail
• Have an ability to see the entire financial picture
• Be a self-motivator
• Have the ability to meet strict deadlines

General Duties to include (but not limited to):

• Serve along side Branch Management staff with the goal of increasing efficiency, accuracy and level of detail
• Assist with employees daily time review
• Assist with work ticket completion
• Oversee uniform program
• Onboard new employees
• Gather & Submit credit card receipts
• Assist in material ordering when needed and assign company PO’s
• Process all billing for the branch
• Handle COI and other insurance requests
• Prepare subcontractor agreements and manage subcontract invoices, ensuring they are tied to the correct jobs
• Manage snow & ice services billing for the branch

• Work with the accounting team to track labor and materials in order to produce reports in real time
• Implement strategic initiatives to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
