Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound customer outreach, targeting approximately 100–150 calls per day.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Introduce company products, services, promotions, and new offerings through engaging conversations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information.
- Follow up with customers to encourage engagement, strengthen relationships, and identify business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call activity, and follow-up notes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and resolve concerns.
- Meet established outreach, engagement, and customer service performance goals.
- Represent The Kommissary with professionalism, warmth, and a customer-first approach.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, outbound calling, telemarketing, sales support, or customer outreach preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and professional phone presence.
- Outgoing, personable, and comfortable initiating conversations with new customers.
- Ability to manage a high volume of daily calls while maintaining service quality.
- Strong organizational skills, atte ntion to detail, and follow-through.
- Comfortable using computers, customer databases, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Availability to work afternoon/evening hours and Saturdays.
