We're seeking a customer obsessed receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Komatsu (Joy Global) headquarters. This role is located in Rutherford where we manufacture world class underground mining machinery across four state of the art workshops on the one impressive site.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role full of challenge, fun and variety is much more than just transferring calls and setting up boardrooms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate catering, travel (domestic & international), office supplies, mail, couriers, and deliveries to ensure seamless office operations.
- Support the administration needs of the Rutherford site, this includes back up support for our onsite workshops and mine site service teams.
- Monitor and optimise the underground leased vehicle fleet, driving smarter planning and cost saving solutions.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and productive workplace, embodying the values of the Komatsu Way.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and uphold Komatsu's Code of Conduct.
We're looking for:
- Proven experience in reception and office administration.
- Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams & PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP, Concur, and travel booking systems is highly desirable.
- A commitment to teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.
