The Aftermarket Sales & Marketing Intern will work on projects such as:
- Assisting with development and execution of marketing campaigns for aftermarket parts and services.
- Supporting sales initiatives through data analysis, pricing reviews, and promotional planning.
- Creating and updating marketing materials, presentations, and digital content for customer outreach.
- Analyzing customer purchasing trends and market data to identify growth opportunities.
- Helping design dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) to track campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.
- Education: Actively enrolled in a Business, Marketing, or Finance program at a 4-year accredited college/university (Junior/Senior standing).
- Application of Knowledge: Ability to apply academic concepts to real-world business challenges.
- Experience: Prior involvement in work-study programs, leadership roles, team projects, clubs, or professional organizations preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic business environment. Strong motivation to contribute and deliver results.
- PC Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel with Pivot Tables), Power BI, and other analysis tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Travel: Some travel may be required.
