Job Overview
As a Customer Support Specialist, the main functions are to process orders / quotations in a timely manner and answer all internal and external customer questions as needed.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Process customer sales orders, expedite and follow up.
- Provide customer quotes, pricing and lead times etc.
- Work closely with Account Managers on quotes and customer needs.
- Ability to track orders / shipments.
- Release and ship orders as necessary.
- Read/interpret parts manuals and drawings.
- Read and interpret parts manuals and drawings.
- Knowledge and use of Computer and Microsoft Applications.
- CDK & SAP knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills
- Strong attention to details to ensure accurate information is provided.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Be able to work on-call, after hours.
