IMAQ Resources, LLC is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to support the Air Force Utilities Privatization (UP) and Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) programs. These initiatives are transforming Air Force installations nationwide by leveraging private-sector expertise and investment to modernize and sustain critical infrastructure.

- Support AFCEC UP program leadership and project managers in day-to-day administrative operations.
- Manage document control, version tracking, and correspondence for multiple active utility privatization projects.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items to completion.
- Maintain and organize program schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder contact lists across government, contractor, and utility partners.
- Prepare and format briefings, reports, and internal communications in accordance with Air Force and DoD standards.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of official documentation, including contract modifications, data calls, and program updates.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for workshops, site visits, and stakeholder engagements.
- Track tasker deadlines and ensure alignment with established reporting requirements and program milestones.
- Support onboarding, access requests, and records management within AFCEC and Air Force system
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience supporting federal, military, or large-scale infrastructure programs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
- U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC).
- Prior experience supporting AFCEC, Air Force, or other DoD program offices.
- Familiarity with utility privatization (UP), energy or water infrastructure programs, or federal contracting environments.
- Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and task management tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project.
- Understanding of government correspondence formats, routing, and approval workflows.
- Experience in a customer service oriented, contractor/government partnership environment
- Knowledge of and/or experience with the United States Air Force and its missions and organizational structure
- Existing NAC-I clearance
