Job Title: Guest Request/ Linen Runner

Reports to: Executive Housekeeper

Status: Non-exempt

Position Summary: The Guest Request/ Linen Runner is responsible for completing guest request to ensure guest satisfaction as well as assisting the housekeeping team with linen distribution and delivery. The Guest Request/ Linen Runner creates an experience an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a clean, stylish, comfortable environment.

• Complete requests to guest rooms to ensure guest satisfaction
• Deliver linen to housekeeping closets
• Stock housekeeping carts
• Manage towel inventory at the pool
• Organize and stock housekeeping closet
• Manage inventory of guest supplies, inform Housekeeping Manager with weekly par levels
• Complete project of the day.
• Check closets and clean as necessary.
• Perform their work in a safe manner.
• Report to work on time and in proper uniform.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
