The Role: New Home Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and qualify homebuyers with warmth and confidence
- Deliver lifestyle-driven, consultative presentations
- Guide buyers through the full sales process
- Build lasting relationships with prospects, brokers, and community partners
- Maintain a professional, welcoming sales center
- Collaborate with marketing and track local market trends
- Represent Kolter values with integrity and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of New Home Sales experience
- Active Real Estate license (preferred)
- Passionate about customer service and relationship-building
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Committed to professionalism and team success
