What are the responsibilities and job description for the Founding Partner Success Lead position at Kollegio?
Founding Partner Success Lead
Location: New York City (Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $80k–$100k Base $40k–$60k OTE Competitive Equity Package
About the Role:
At Kollegio, we help colleges improve enrollment outcomes by connecting data, communication, and marketing execution.
Over the past year, one pattern has been clear:
When we deeply understand our college partners, connect their data properly, and communicate clearly on their behalf — results follow.
We’re now hiring our first Founding Partner Success Lead to own that entire loop. This is not a traditional account management role. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who can run marketing campaigns, work directly with data, and lead partner relationships in the college enrollment space.
What You’ll Do:
Own Partner Success End-to-End
- Build strong relationships with college partners and deeply understand their enrollment goals
- Lead partner check-ins, performance reviews, and planning conversations
- Be the primary owner for outcomes, renewals, and account growth
Run Marketing Campaigns for Partners
- Plan and execute targeted email, SMS, and outreach campaigns using partner data
- Write clear, human messaging that colleges are proud to send to students and families
- Use segmentation and performance data to improve results
- Deploy campaigns yourself, not just advise on strategy
Work Directly in the Data
- Sit between partners and our data team to ensure systems connect properly
- Review forms, pipelines, and enrollment flows to ensure data is clean and usable
- Translate messy data into clear insights partners can act on
Grow and Retain Accounts
- Focus on adoption, performance, and partner satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to expand impact within existing partner accounts
- Turn successful partners into advocates for Kollegio
Build the Function
- Create repeatable playbooks for onboarding, campaigns, reporting, and renewals
- Help define what great partner success looks like as Kollegio scales
Who You Are:
- Experience working in or closely with the college enrollment ecosystem (admissions, marketing, student success, edtech, or enrollment technology)
- Comfortable working with data — pulling it, checking it, questioning it, and using it to drive decisions
- Able to run real marketing campaigns, not just discuss strategy
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Confident communicator who can lead partner conversations
- Enjoy building processes and playbooks from scratch in early-stage environments
How to Apply:
If this seems like you and excited to drive real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Salary : $40,000 - $100,000
