Content Lead

🚨 Kollegio is hiring our first Content Lead 🚨

📍 NYC, hybrid (or commutable) 💰 $70K–$90K base OTE upside equity 🎯

You'll own TikTok, Instagram, and the community we're building around 300K high school students

We're Kollegio — the AI college counselor that's helped hundreds of thousands of students get into their dream schools. Our TikTok network does tens of millions of organic views (one account alone has cleared 26M). We're young, well-funded (Reach Capital, Tuesday Capital), and we move fast.

Now we want someone to own all of it.

The role:

• Run our TikTok and Instagram end-to-end
• Build a community, not just a follower count — high school students who actually root for us
• Be on camera (or behind it), in the office, at the events, everywhere
• Run weird experiments. We have budget for it. Some won't work. The ones that do will hit millions of teens.
• Catch every meme cycle before our competitors know what TikTok is
• Turn Tuesday afternoon office chaos into Wednesday's viral post

You probably:

• Have your own following (any size — what matters is taste)
• Are deeply, almost concerningly online
• Can write a hook that stops a 16-year-old mid-scroll
• Shoot and edit your own stuff (CapCut wizardry encouraged)
• Have shipped content somewhere — a brand, a creator account, a school org, your own page
• Know the difference between StudyTok, BookTok, and whatever new Tok dropped this morning

Bonus:

• Fresh grad or 1–2 years in
• Have opinions about which accounts are actually good vs. just big
• Have built a community from zero before
• Hate the phrase "let's hop on a sync"

Comp: $70K–$90K base depending on experience, plus performance-based OTE that can push this meaningfully higher, plus equity. Hybrid in NYC.
