The Role:
Our client is looking for an Enterprise Implementation Specialist to lead complex, high-impact implementations for their largest customers.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you’ll own the full lifecycle- from discovery and solution design through to delivery and handover- ensuring customers are set up for long-term success.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver tailored, enterprise-grade solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients
- Run discovery sessions and design tailored solutions
- Partner with technical teams to scope and deliver integrations
- Manage stakeholders across legal, IT, and executive levels
- Drive onboarding and early customer success
- Identify risks and keep projects on track
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CS, and Engineering
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in SaaS implementation or project management
- Proven success managing complex enterprise-level projects
- Strong technical fluency (integrations, APIs, SaaS platforms)
- Experience working with global teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Background in operations (legal ops a plus, but not required)
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- NYC based and able to work on site 2-3 days/week
