Fulfillment Specialist

Position Summary

The Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the Fulfillment Department in processing book and supply orders for Kolbe Academy. They are a key part of Kolbe Academy's customer service experience by filling a customer's product order accurately. A Fulfillment Associate takes care of a customer's order throughout the entire preparation process, from gathering the items to shipping the order.

Essential Duties

• A Fulfillment Specialist will report to the Fulfillment Manager. Duties of this position include:
• Printing online orders as needed
• Collecting products based on orders, using item numbers, bin locations, and quantities
• Assembling, labelling, and packaging orders for shipping or customer pickup
• Completing order and shipping documentation accurately
• Completing cleaning duties as required
• Bring shipments to post office, and forward freight offices as needed
• Receiving/Stocking inventory

Must be a practicing Catholic willing to take an Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium and to make a Profession of Faith.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in warehousing, order picking, shipping and receiving, product stocking, or other inventory-related positions
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Reading, writing, and basic math skills like addition and subtraction
• Must be able to work consistent weekly schedule covering at least some portion of the hours of 7 AM to 4 PM Pacific time
• This position is in-person and will work out of the home office
• Some travel may be required
• *valid drivers license

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and pleasant phone demeanor
• Ability to work independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work on multiple technology platforms
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish highly desired but not required

Physical demands

• Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds daily
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Compensation

This position may be full-time or part-time hourly, wage dependent on experience. Full-time employees are eligible for a benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance. Position start depends on availability of candidate.
