- Strong Resy/OpenTable Experience.
- Strong phone and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule and open availability.
- Dynamic personality with the ability to engage guests, charm guests, and work well with others.
- Organized with the ability to maximize cover counts, seating flow, and guest satisfaction.
- Calm, composed, professional, able to multi task, and work under high pressure situations.
- Goal oriented, clean appearance, mature, well spoken, and upbeat.
- Looking to advance quickly based on superior job performance and guest relations.
- The ability to make a personal (yet professional) relationship with guests understanding individual needs and preferences.
- Can confidently speak about our menu and alternative options for guests that have allergies or may be gluten free.
- An understanding of local points of interest, entertainment venues and happenings, and general events based on seasonality.
- The ability to supervise the host staff and ensuring proper protocol is always followed.
- Assist and/or communicate with Manager/ General Manager directly
Candidates must be prepared to dress in a business casual manner while working.
Must have NYC experience, but we are willing to train the right candidate if you impress us during your interview!
